Privacy Policy

The request form prepares a WhatsApp message with your name, phone number, optional email, suburb, service choice and description of your plumbing problem. The form does not save or email these details. We receive them only when you send the message in WhatsApp, which handles the message under its own privacy policy. We use your enquiry only to respond and provide a quote or service.

We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing. Your information is stored securely and kept only as long as needed. We may use anonymous website analytics (no names, numbers or emails) to understand how the site is used.

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you may ask to see, correct or delete your information. Contact Gareth Raynard at garethplumbalot@outlook.com or 076 982 6042.
