Yes, we regularly coordinate plumbing installation with builders and renovators — planning pipe routes before walls close up and returning to fit fixtures at the right stage.
When should plumbing go in during a renovation?
First-fix pipework goes in before the walls and floors are finished; fixtures are fitted near the end. If you're planning a renovation, involve the plumber early — it's cheaper than rework.
